FAQS

What air flow does the Garland Cool 1380 achieve and what size of premises is it designed for?
The Cool 1380 offers a flow of 15,000 m3/h, a value designed to cool industrial warehouses, large workshops, warehouses, farms or large terraces with good ventilation. Its capacity places it above the models in the range aimed at small spaces.
What is the consumption of the Cool 1380 and how does it compare with an equivalent air conditioner?
The equipment operates at 220 V with a power of 0.36 kW (360 W). To move 15,000 m3/h, its consumption is much lower than that of an air conditioning system capable of treating a similar volume of air, since the cooling is based on the evaporation of water and not on a compression cycle.
Does the Garland Cool 1380 work well in areas with high humidity?
Evaporative cooling performance is greatest in hot, dry environments, where water evaporates easily. In very humid areas the temperature difference is smaller, so it is advisable to evaluate the local climate before choosing the equipment.
Does the Cool 1380 need additional ventilation in the room?
Yes, this type of air conditioner requires air renewal so that humid air leaves the premises and maintains the cooling effect. That is why it fits especially well in warehouses, workshops or spaces with doors, windows or openings that allow flow.
What maintenance tasks should be scheduled on the Cool 1380?
It is advisable to check and clean the water tank, check the condition of the evaporative panels and keep the grilles and fan free of dust and dirt. Specific cleaning and conservation guidelines are indicated in the product manual.
Where can I download the official manual and technical data sheet for the Garland Cool 1380?
The Garland manual and technical data sheet are available in the Documentation tab of the product page, with electrical specifications, flow and power data, and installation, use and safety instructions.
